What is causing barely seen vertical line

I have a thunderbolt display that recently showing a barely seen vertical line (see picture) some kind of noise, there is nothing else wrong, neither color or picture.

I was wondering if its noise from power supply or logic board or T-CON board, the lcd is LM270WQ1-SDB3.

I have a schematic (not sure its the right one), but not the board file. I have a oscilloscope, dont know where to start.

    thanks in advance.

i think it is faulty logic board or t-con or display unit problem. may you take clear picture from t-con and logic board?first remove t-con flat to panel and clear socket.and check flat cable.

It looks like a T-Con problem, not panel. x2 on cleaning the flex cable between T-Con and panel.
