    messed up on inverter board

I desoldered two fets and used the small screwdriver...pulled 3 solder pads off. what is the easiest and best way to fix. I am sure Kranksaft,DaveMax, or Kc8 has a solution for this. I am a novice at this. Just started two months ago. Have recapped three mobos and 1 lcd monitor. They are working fine. Any help would be appreciated. Will include pics soon. Need new bats for digital camera. Broke now cause went to casino in Biloxi, MS over July 4th. Thanks for any help

If the pad is completely gone, then I sand off the track it was connected to - the thin 0.5mm edge of fine sandpaper folded on itself possibly to reveal the copper, then paint using ~99% conductive silver paint or a conductive ink pen connect it to the exposed track and paint a new pad, let it dry and repaint it if necessary a few times to make the new pad and track more conductive, check that the track and pad are conductive. The new pad and track made of thin silver paint will be weak, but if you're careful you might get one soldering out of it without breaking it. As your new pad is made of silver you may want to use silver bearing solder to ensure a good joint.

I've given this advice on other forums and following it others have succefully repaired their equipment. But I can't make any guarantee's, it's just something I thought of that worked rather than a known repair techinique.
