Samsung P2270HD backlight problem

Hi all and thanks in advance to anybody will support me in this moment.
I'm from Italy and i'm not engineer or eletrician but i like electronics and i understand a little bit of it.

Anyway that's my problem:
(I think images can ne clearer than words)
My monitor/TV got an intense and wrong backlight that prevent it from showing clear black, as you can see in the pictures down. All i can get is grey colour instead of black, and every image is ruined.

I did some search on the forun and i got that, maybe, the t-con card needs to be changed with a new one, what do you think? I'm going go open the case to take detailed pictures of inner parts...

This isnt a backlight fault, this is either an Lcd failure or Tcon failure. What Tcon does it use ?

As it's a 22", the tcon is most likely integrated,and directly bonded to the chip-on-film drivers,and thus not replaceable.
I would think replacing the panel (screen) is the probable only option.

Here is everything i found (apart from The power board).
It seems that t-con is integrated....


In addition, I noticed that when I close a window, its trace (like a shadow) stays in the place for hours, also after removing power.

Can you confirm there's nothing i can try?
Reffering to replacing LCD panel.. Is there any model you can suggest to me?
I found a panel (T220SW01V.0) with 1366 resolution, do you think i can use it (The original one is 1920)?
