Where can I find said Dead LCD's that you guys seem to run into all the time? I would love to find a dead LCD to fix and use as a monitor, I love my huge Trinitron CRT to death but I wouldn't mind an LCD for my secondary monitor. I posted an ad on Craigslist, any more suggestions?

Seems a lot get them as non working cast offs...or via the dumpster....
Seems a lot have inverter problems so I guess ask your friends or got dumpster diving
(like find them on the street)
Me I haven't got one yet either...
had a nice 21" Sony CRT but think its got a dud $100 AU chip...you can buy the whole thing for around that...
So back to 17" CRT's (suppose thats better the 15" I was using LOL)
