    i understand what you means, moreover im not a technician, just a hobbyist.. electronic repairing and troubleshooting is not as easy it looks like without someone guides you to practice, im just otodidac learner and try to fix everything around my house. maybe for someone it sounds ridiculous, just wish someone willing to invites me.

          I did the test and failed. Tanya said I got none right, very strange. Hmmph!! I can make wiz bang electronic dohickeys, have subscribed to Nuts&Volts for many years, receive EDN and Electronic Design, and used to teach electronics at an adult school. I guess all those guys I learned, learned worse than nothing.
          Well, if I can have an invite from one of y'all I hope to still use my primary email, boutin@calneva.org.

            Why not try the test again. I passed it first time, not too hard. Answer for What can be the heater voltage of a CRT tube non-sinus 6,3Veff the most precisely measured with?

            Is RMS meter.
