    I-INC iF281D flickering-PC use only

Hi, complete nube here. So I have a great Until recently monitor, but now while I am using it on PC, it flickers on all resolutions. My kids can play Playstation 3 no problems. Tried to replace video card and type of output, like PCIe slot, onboard video, VGA, DVI, HDMI. All same. PS3 works on HDMI.
Also, this machine has to stay on all the time as the power button doesn't work consistently. Is this a guy-who-fixes computers can get a feel for and fix, or is it a send it out for fixing type deal? It was $350, but now similar by Hannspree is $200, so any help appreciated.https://www.badcaps.net/forum/images...s/feedback.gif

If your power board looks anything like this Hanns-G 28 inch monitor, the most likely suspect are caps that are dried up, but not bloated. As the lcd warms up, the ESR (equivalent series resistance) of the caps drops which allows the lcd to work. If the caps are "cold", they have high ESR. This explains why your monitor has to be on all the time.

Have you been able to try another monitor or tv on the PC seems odd it works on inputs from other sources.
There is another thread where changing the resolution helped but I see you have tried that.
Does the monitor get moved when used on pc as against PS3.
Do you think the on/off switch problem is a faulty switch. Does is come on every time if you plug/unplug it.
Is the flickering slight different shades of white or severe white to black.

Is it connected using vga or dvi have you tried a new/different cable.
Checked the cable for bent/ broken pins and dirt?
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair
