I have this Dell 1908FP that the colors on the panel are literally inverted. Looks like a negative of a picture. But it isn't from the input, even the "no connection" bouncing message screen is color inverted.
Also it looks like it has a bit of a flicker to it, reminiscent of the old CRTs that you could see having a slight flicker out of the corner of your eye at 70Hz (not as bad as 60Hz).
Picture attached. Any ideas what to look for before I go through the hassle of taking it apart?
