Gateway FPD2185W power button blue no responce

First off let me thank you all for all this information on this forum. I have lurked around this site and fixed several monitors and motherboards due to caps.
I was given this monitor it was working then it just blacked out on them. The power Button is a constant blue no matter what you try to do. I replaced 13 caps and still can't get power to the back light connections the power board has power all through it until it get to this http://www.hightekhillbilly.net/FPD2...ages/icman.jpg
I have attached a couple data sheets on three components I feel might be at fault her is another picture of the other two components

Any advice will be appreciated I know the caps on the second picture are not the best to use but I am just trying to get it to fire up then I am going to order new caps from here as soon as I can determine if it is fixable.

The part you mention are not faulty, because you stated you have power. Have you check the video board for bad caps? The FPD2185W is known for having three bad caps on the video controller board.

you will need to post pictures of both boards, the component (top)side of the video controller board and both side for the power supply & inverter.

Your replacement caps are Xicon... are these low ESR? I'd recommend Panasonic.
You haven't replaced the startup capacitors.

Yep, that's one potential problem right there (pun intended?).
I don't think Xicon makes low ESR caps, so those are likely not suitable. And if they are from Radio Shack, then they are definitely not low ESR.

Any chance you still have the original blown caps? If so, read their markings (manufacturer and series, where series is usually 2 or 3 letters) and post back what they are.

I know the caps I put in there are not the best I was just trying to get it to fire up and display a picture before I put to much money into it. I knew the originals were SAMXON 470uf 25V I replaced them Xicon 470uf 35V it was the only ones available in our area I figured if it fired up I would replace all of them with better caps. I was all excited when I seen so many folks getting theirs working with just a few caps. Wouldn't these Xicon caps at least let it fire up?
here is a picture of the power board http://www.hightekhillbilly.net/FPD2...powerboard.jpg

here is one of the Video Board

I marked all the caps I replaced with a green X

When it was gave to me if you plugged it in the only think it did is displayed a blue power button no matter what you tried it didn't respond to that switch I tried using a flash light to see if anything was visible on the screen it shows nothing all.

If you install general purpose capacitors on this power supply board, It just wont work. Not even for testing or just to see it fired up. post the marking on all of the capacitors you install to confirm what type. But If you brought them from Radio Shack don't bother posting it.
