I have this monitor listed above that has one vertical line on the right side of screen. I bought it at a yard sale for ten dollars becuase it would turn on and off for a couple minutes then it would be fine I replaced caps thanks to the info posted here. All was good until this line showed up. Is it stil fixable I only spent ten bucks plus five for the caps that i had to replace. I wouldnt mind spending some more if it stil has a solution.

If the vertical line extends the full height of the screen it is probably a broken bond between the flat flex cable and the glass panel. There have been reports that if you can place pressure on the right spot you might be able to get it working. Everything is very fragile in that area.Originally posted by hpaca509 View Post
