It's missing the PSU board but that shouldn't be a problem for me (at least NO MORE BAD CAPS

I do have a few questions for the ones more knowledgeable in LCD repairs. What kind of power rails do LCDs usually have, beyond the 5v and 12v? I saw some 3.3 and 1.8v in a Samsung i fixed a couple months ago, but i dunno if that's a standard. I'm wondering if there is a quick mod to an ATX power supply that could power an LCD monitor, so i can make sure the panel works before i start designing its own power supply from scratch.
