I got yamaha rx v675, it have no sound , i already done factory reset but still no change. i checked zone 2 line output ., there i am getting sound ,

You tried going though the diagnostic options and see if that picks any thing up ?.
I would check the front panel for dry joints, would all so check if analog and digital are effected though different rear ports too.

I tried everything.. i am getting sound only when i am connecting analog signal in pure direct mode.. in any dsp mode no sound coming.. also i tried rest, after that i tried to upgrade firmware but its always failing..Comment

DSP/DTS IC has failed many times in Onkyo, Harman etc maybe the case here.Comment

Hii i replced the dsp chip but still no sound ,when i am updating firmware its failing and showing error code 0010 also i check in daignostic menu its showing dsp bus NG ,same as before..what will be the couseComment

Would like to revive this topic.
Currently working on my Yamaha RX-V673 which also has infamous D80YK113CPTP4 DSP IC. When PCBA is bent or small portion of heat applied (e.g. hot air) to the IC, DSP is OK (viewing via Service Mode, C category, DSP1 BUS: OK/NG) and NG when cooled.
Has anyone tried replacing to a new D revision chip from aliexpress? Not quite sure whether DSP IC is bad itself or cracks in tracks/vias.Comment

I had a problem when loading firmware had error 0010, heated the chip firmware installed OK but when chip cooled no sound.
I was thinking of changing DSP IC don't know if it has to be pre programmed.Comment

I have an old Yamaha RX V675 receiver which is starting to develop issues with the sound, although it doesn't quite match up with what folk normally report with these.
From cold, the sound cuts in and out. When this happens the amp is losing sync with the optical input (speaker graphic disappears from the front panel). But this is not resolved by putting the unit into pure direct mode. After a couple of minutes this resolves, although there are occasional clicks from the speakers after that.
At first I thought it was either a speaker relay or the DSP, but I don't think... -
TV: JVC LT-43C888 (purchased in 2018). This is a smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Freeview and other applications via 'Viewd' app store
Problem with TV:
- Netflix stopped working so i tried to do factory reset from the TV menu.
- I confirmed on-screen but the factory reset did not happen even. It did not take me to 'first-time installation' screen as mentioned in the manual.
- After waiting for some time, the TV went into a boot loop.
- JVC logo comes on the screen and LED light flashes for some seconds, then it reboots again and the same thing happens

Hi.
I have an old YAMAHA CLP-550 without sound. (Some times I can get some kind of noise or distorted sound)
I have replaced all green marked elements, but it gave me nothing.
The IC12 chip LC9116A-105 (red marked) remains under suspicion yet.
But it is custom YAMAHA's chip, and I can't find any information about it.
Maybe somebody came across with the same issue?
Any information will be very useful. I will be very appreciated.

so i took out one of my spare gigabyte ep35-ds3r mobos from storage for use to do some cpu, ram and video card testing of stuff i bought from ebay and got for free from momaka. he bought 50 e8400 cpus for cheap from ebay some years ago and i decided to help him relieve him of some of his supply since he had waaaay too many!!
what did we say about hoarding too much stuff and depriving others of them?! *cough* socialism *cough* lol! 
i had to blow some dust off the board and heatsinks with the datavac as i didnt clean it up before putting it in storage. after finishing...
