Onkyo TX-NR636 transistors

I'm trying to find these transistor and I can't find them.
Any help, would be appreciated.

I can't vouch for the pinout, but would something like a BD140 be a suitable replacement for the TTA004B? Vceo might be a bit low, though. MJE350 has higher voltage but lower current ratings.

With regards to the other ones, there should be plenty of (low-noise) european (BCxxx) or japanese (2Sxxxx) that might be suitable, i'd figure.

I have purchased the SM and the the two BF and BE transistors are INA6006AP1 and INC6006AP1.

2SA1507 for TTA004B according to ON SEMI

The parts list, shows these markings: TTA004B_Q(S, respectively TTC004B_Q(S.
Should I replace both at the same time, even if only the TTA is bad?
Can I ask, how did you find this transistor?

I also have trouble finding this ceramic capacitor 020C (2 C marking on it).
I could remove one, from another channel and I could measure it, too, but why I can't find it's value, online?

By removing another capacitor and testing it out of the circuitry, the capacitor is good. It seems like it's a 30nF.

Somebody, suggested these transistors to replace the INA and INC transistors:

The currents look like thay are much higher, but I don't think that is a problem, right?
Do you think,that they should work?
I'm not really good at this and I don't want to cause more damage, then it's necessary.

I have asked Digikey and I have got this answer:
Thank you for contacting Digi-Key technical support.

We do not carry those exact transistors, but we do have some equivalent transistors.
For A004B(TTA004B) use 2SA1507SOS-ND
For INAA6006AP1 use FCX555CT-ND
For INC6006AP1 use DXT5551DICT-ND

The receiver works great after finding another bad transistor(2SA1037).
I need to adjust the idling current and I'm having a bit of an issue, since I don't really understand what I have to do.
I have to add a 100 Ohm resistor, to the measuring points?
There is a 2 pin connector, on the main board, for the idling current check.
I'm attaching the page, where it talks about this adjustment.
Any help, would be appreciated.

Per instructions, you will need female connector with 100 Ohms resistors attached to each pin and feed into the mV DC meter.
When you first turn on the unit you then adjust the trimpots (registers) to get those readings in 'a' IMMEDIATELY AFTER TURN ON, then AFTER WARM UP time of 4~6 minutes later then you will adjust the trimpots to get the readings on each terminals in chart 'c'.

I have one of these with blown SL outputs (replaced) and need the transistors on the preamp board. Where did you get yours ? If I'm not mistaken they are 2SA1507 and 2SC3902. Also have an open 47uf 50v cap that was slightly bulged, will replace that from stock.

I have replaced only the 2SA1507, the other it was good.(Digikey)
I did not have any capacitor showing weird values, they all seemed OK.
I had a couple of resistors gone bad. One it was color coded incorrectly. It was coded brown brown black and gold and it was a 33 Ohm(!).
The 0.22 Ohm it was open(found it on Ebay). 2 x 18 Kohm, 2.2Ohm, 33 Ohm were bad.
I had blown 2SA1037(replaced with NTE2409 from Fry's), INA6006 and INC6006 replaced with the ones, Digikey suggested.
I have purchased the SM, if do you need anything, let me know.

I never use Digikey because the shipping cost is crazy but will have another look.

Well it looks like they don't carry the 2SC3902 unless I want to buy 1800 of them, lol. That is with .CA, I've tried ordering from .COM but get geo blocked.

Looks like I'll have to get them via the slow boat.
