    Wah pedal

Can anyone tell what the green line means between the two 1/4 jacks. I've bilt this thing twice and can't seem to get it to work. I am pretty sure I am screwing up on the wiring of the jacks

That is the wire connection for Bypass mode when you toggle that DPDT (Double-pole-Double Throw) foot switch. They should have shown the switch connections and the Phone jack connections so you will wire them up correctly.
The jack will have Tip, Ring, and Sleeve if the stereo phone jack, the Ring is used for switching the battery in the battery when you plug in the Mono phone plug. The Tip of the pone jack is connected to the Common terminal of the DPDT switch.

All they show is what I posted. I can get a signal through it using a signal generator, but I can't seem to get the wah effect. Well back to the bench

Seems to be working just fine in LTspice. Are you sure all your parts have the proper values, etc?

Edit: And then there's budm's thought about (im)proper jack wiring, perhaps...

I used a 47k in place of the 48k but I didn't think that would make a big difference. I still think I either wired the jacks wrong or the pot. I've looked at it so long I wouldn't see it if it jumped up and bit me. I'll try again in the AM. If any one has any ideas please let me know. Hey Khron666 when you did on spice did you use the jacks and pot. If you did is there a way to send me or post a copy of it.
          Thanks everyone

Pot yes (as in, two resistors), but "of course", no jack
