It is not exactly the same.
I have only the DNX7190HD/DNX9990HD, but I believe that most of it, is the same as the DNX6990HD. They are just higher end ones, with more options on them.
They were other models from the same generation, like the DNX5190HD, DNX6190HD.
They are from the same year(same generation) though.

I only have the 570.
You can most likely you can buy them from pacparts, or kenwoodparts. I have purchased these, for $20/each.

Most likely, you will need a service manual.
On these Android based receivers could be two passwords, one that every stereo could have, but with these there could be another one, Route Collector online credentials as well.
Think as with iCloud credentials, for an iPhone.
I have the same stereo in my car, by the way.

thank you for attending my request,
the problem is the following I can not enter the operating system,
I have done the reset for the red triangle but the unit continues entering the menu of the photos ...
the person who sold me the unit told me the password of the user "batking" and with this user and password I enter the "route collector" page, but I can not access the system of the unit ..
It tells me that the password is incorrect or the service is not active.
I have asked the Kenwood service and they tell me that I must take the unit to the technical service so that with a code they can restart the unit.
Is it possible to access the system in another way?
Do you have another way of hard reset?

Thanks, for the offer. I have never had that model yet, but if I will have one, and need for service manual, I will be contacting you.
I have issues, with my wife's 570, though. It turns on(fan is on), red triangular LED is on and the LCD backlight is turning on only.
Not even sure, where to start with it.

I found a Kenwood updater that is not their normal firmware update. It reloads everything on a few models including the 570HD.

Anymore updates to this issue? Have the same model that is stuck in reboot. Took a heat gun to the board and now it works normally but only for about 5 minutes then goes into reboot. If I unplug it for a few hours works for 5 minutes then reboot and if I restart it without waiting goes straight to reboot.
