Update: ONE output transistor read .002 from B to C, all others ranged from .6 to 1.7, I think I'll remove it and test it individually, thanks again guys for ALL the replies.

Damn wont let me edit, I meant one read .84 B to C(?) and 1.9 and dropping from B to E(?)
