  • Re: Fisher and Paykal

Oh, that could be it STJ. If I had the schematics from Fisher and Paykel I could check it out but as they have locked down this kind of information like it will destroy the world or something if the home repairer gets their hands on it, I cant.
Sam - I was thinking that might be the only option to move forward with the repair.
    Thanks, heaps.

Oh Ok. Sorry, Sam. The water level lights don't behave as expected when setting the machine size.
I press the power and wash temp button to enter the admin menu. Then I press the water level button to size the control board for the machine. As I understand the programming, the low, medium, and high lights should reflect the size of the machine? Low for 5.5kg Med for 6.5kg, and high for 8kg. When pressing the up button on the water level, the lights turn on as usual until I try to set it for a larger machine.
At this point, I can not set the controller...

The Control Module has the following P7CP PCB 420767-2.2 and the model of the Fisher and Paykel Washing Machine is an MW512. I have attached the photos from my machine.
    Thanks....

  • Fisher and Paykal

Hi everyone, Any ideas on who would have the electrical schematics for Fisher and Paykal Washing Machines. I have a controller p7cp PCB 420767-2.2 that I would like to test before installing and apart from getting another controller from the supplier to test the components and compair, I was hoping that someone might have a site like ZXW for Appliances or a download of the drawings as a PDF or something similar. Help would be great.
    Respectfully
    Mojos

started a topic Jabra Elite 65t

    Jabra Elite 65t

    Hi all,
Playing with my Jabra wireless headphones at the moment.
Had an over enthusiastic mum that god bless was just trying to help do some washing, but unfortunately before she started the machine, she loaded a pair of shorts with the Battery charging station\cradle, and you can gather the rest.
Pulled the charging station apart and there is obviously some damage To the components.
To my dismay there dosnt seem to be to much info on these and due to the size of the components, recognising what some are doing is a bit frustrating.
    Would anyone have any leads...

  • Swann 7 Inch LCD display Model SW 410

So I have a Swann SW 410 7 inch touch screen for a home security system.

Problem is when powering up the green LED comes on for about two seconds and then the orange LED lights up for about two seconds then everything goes off and then this pattern repeats continuously.

The screen will flicker very shortly but not so you can read anything on it.

Having opened the device it sounds like something is clicking but I cant see any mechanical relays etc, its all electronic.

Swann have not replied to my request for some sort of schematic as...

  • Sony STR-KM7 Not Powering On

So I have a Sony STR-KM7 with mains power - confirmed 240v - has no standby.
The relay RY901 - standby relay for allowing 240v to main transformer is not switching. No clicking sounds at all when mains power is supplied. No display and no illumination of any LED lights - nothing completely dead.
I have tested mains power circuit at mains connector on power avideo board - which is where the mains power comes into this unit and this tests good.

Tested Secondary side of T902 Power Transformer (sub) across terminals - 10.5v

    Tested each secondary winding...

  • Re: IC Number on DPS-286 AP/RDENCA336WJQZ Sharp power board

The idiot that I am thought that there might be an inline fuse under the yellow tape and when I investigated this I cut the winding's with my blade. I know rooky mistake I hear you say and yep that's me. I have tried to get another one as I want to try and fix the set. I been doing research on why the standby power is not coming on and when I tested for the 5v output on the transformer there was none even though there was an input voltage of about 317v so I thought that there was a problem with that component. Any suggestions...
