Hello, I have got a recuperator that is not working, the problem is in the pcb but I can not really determine in which part exactly.
I have an exact second one and these are the differences I found:
1.
Bad PCB's:
2 Triacs BTS136 read 0.245 across the diode junctions.
Good PCB's triacs read 0.588.
I did measure in circuit
The JST16A triac reads the same in both pcbs.
2.
Resistor which I marked as R1
Bad PCB's - 1.4kOhm
Good PCB's - 4.5kOhm
Could it have fried something because of that and how did the resistance drop so much?
3.RED,Yellow,Green,Blue LED's
Non of them are working using multimeter, on the other hand on the good PCB they are fine.
4.
Where I marked SH1 I assume these are the shottky diodes not really sure, but,
In the good PCB forward voltage drop in all of them - 0.7
backwards 2.7 and fluxuattng because of other components I suppose.
On the bad PCB forward drop is around 0.6-0.7 across them.
What is interesting that on the SH1 backwards connection of multimeter also shows 0.7 constant.
The 10 amp fuse is fine.
One final note - I measured everything in circuit, have not remove the components yet.
Would really appreciate if someone could give me some insights what could the problem be or just give me some hints of what is potentially wrong.
The recuperator was working fine and stopped, don't really have an idea what happened but if by any chance water shorted the terminals, not on the PCB but the ones that go to the motor, what is the most probable component to blow.
Best Regards, Rokas
