it could be a PNP digital transistor

Post a picture of the board it is from, any model information might be helpful as well as it's board designation, ie: Q?, U? ic?

    Wat is this component?

    Hi Everyone!

The SMD code is AB5IB. It's a SOT-23 component (or similar).

I tried to decode this component on every site I could find (SMD Code Book, etc.) with no success.
Does anybody know what this component is? I have 2 of them on the board, and both give the same readings. I used DMM, as well as PEAK Atlas DCA75 Pro Advanced Semiconductor Component Analyser.

Atlas says that NO COMPONENT IS DETECTED (both of them). Usually, it can detect ALL types of transistors, including Darlingtons, MOSFET, BJT, JFET, etc., Volt Regs, Diodes, etc. If it doesn't recognize an item, it says UNKNOWN OR FAULTY COMPONENT.

DMM in diode mode shows the following readings (the first probe position of each pair is GND):

    COMPONENT 1 pins 1-2: 0.64V, pins 1-3: 0.81V, pins 2-1: OPEN, pins 2-3: OPEN, pins 3-1: OPEN, pins 3-2: 0.72V.

    COMPONENT 2 pins 1-2: 0.64V, pins 1-3: 0.81V, pins 2-1: OPEN, pins 2-3: OPEN, pins 3-1: OPEN, pins 3-2: 0.72V.

    So they are identical.

See attached picture for the pin numbering I used.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Regards, Jerry.
