• SMD Diode marked (?) E27 NMC

I have DRUCK UPS-III-IS Loop Calibrator to repair, and I found one faulty diode (O.L. both ways, even out of the circuit). The SMD code on it is E27 NMC. by ON Semi. I can't find anywhere on the internet what kind of diode it is. Being the calibrator, all elements may be crucial, to be exact, so I really don't want to mess up with any diode there. Especially if it needs to be Shottky or a particular Zener. It is connected between a Poly capacitor and in series with another (different) diode (MX47A) - pictures attached.I have DRUCK UPS-III-IS Loop Calibrator to repair, and I found...

• Re: Possibly Zener diode identification

Sorry Guys, you are right. I should have posted some pictures. The circuit board is a part of the Caterpillar in-cabin control display (a bunch of alarm lights and displays). Board number CAT 106-1154. Pictures attached. The diode's very bad quality (dark) photos are due to the barely readable markings, so I had to play with lighting under the microscope to show anything.Re: Possibly Zener diode identification

• Possibly Zener diode identification

Hi Everyone. I have a shorted diode marked 15A 435. It's most likely a Zener since it was connected with the anode to the ground. I tried to find its reverse voltage value on the internet without success. Can anybody help?Hi Everyone. I have a shorted diode marked 15A 435. • HELP! dbTechnologies B-Hype 15 Speaker

Hi Everyone!
Does anybody have a schematic for the Power Supply board for dbTechnologies B-Hype 15 Speaker? The IC "U1" is blown beyond recognition (see picture), so maybe just the chip code? Board E356428 SY-JLH -02. PLEASE!...

• Wat is this component?

Hi Everyone!

The SMD code is AB5IB. It's a SOT-23 component (or similar).

I tried to decode this component on every site I could find (SMD Code Book, etc.) with no success.
Does anybody know what this component is? I have 2 of them on the board, and both give the same readings. I used DMM, as well as PEAK Atlas DCA75 Pro Advanced Semiconductor Component Analyser.

Atlas says that NO COMPONENT IS DETECTED (both of them). Usually, it can detect ALL types of transistors, including Darlingtons, MOSFET, BJT, JFET, etc., Volt Regs, Diodes,...

• Re: What is this component? No markings whatsoever.

It's an Earth Bore pointer....

Hi All,

Could anybody please recognize this component? It has no markings and there is no designator on the board. It has no continuity, diode test shows also OL both ways....

• Can you recognize this chip?

Hi Everybody.
I have a self-darkening visor/shield from a 3m Speedglas 9100XX Adflo Welding Helmet with 1 component reporting short on the circuit board. I can't find any data on this component - see the picture.

Can anybody kick me in the right direction? PLEASE!...

• Re: New Members - please post your introductions here

Hello All!
My name is Jerry, I was born in Poland and live now in Australia on Sunshine Coast. I am an Architectural Designer by trade but electronics has been my hobby for many years. Last year was absolutely horrible here in regards to architectural work, so I decided to turn my passion into a side business - with a possibility for it to become my main activity. And All Electronics Repairs was born. My Clientele base is growing steadily, as apparently I am the only one providing this service locally
