To answer your question I am not sure. And I don't know anything, yet. lol

But JIC my 2 cents helps someone... I researched those and others a lot. But ultimately decided on paying double the price on a DER DE-5000 LCR which appears to be heads and tails better with glowing reviews and much more accurate (as well as adjustable and many more features).

If your not in a hurry you can get them from overseas for less then $100.

I know double the price, but I figured if it helps this noob catch something the other would have missed due the being much more accurate and adjustable/features then it will be worth it to me.

Now I just need to learn how to use it and learn how to proceed on my first LCD TV PSU troubleshoot/repair! lol I posted but no help yet. lol

check out maybe the Bside ESR02 pro. Same league... it does a fairly decent job, but it does not as good as my Agilent.
