    Help with cross reference FET

    Hi,
I have a FET that is shorted and I need help finding a replacement preferably from Digikey.

The marking on the FET is AP30P10GH.

    Thanks in advance.

See spec sheet attached. You can contact Digikey and ask for sub suggestion, make sure the case style matches what you have.

      Thanks bud..

Digikey does not have a replacement unfortunately (at least that is what the live chat rep said)

So I found this cross reference site:
      https://alltransistors.com/mosfet/cr....08&caps=TO252

I just am not sure about compatibility. This is not my design, its for a hoverboard, but I am sure the issue is this MOSFET since its shorted out.

Any way can anyone help me find a substitute?

Re: Help with cross reference FET

Depending on your circuit this might work:
        https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...8d1201d63f.pdf
Its a P-Channel with 28A and -100 V RDS on = 58MOhm. so that might be to o low. Power dissipation is 70W ! and its the right package. If your circut can deal with the 58MOhm instead of 80MOhm you might be set. Good luck!

if you want from Digikey and the substitute is OK then:

they carry the one I posted too.

            Thermistor specs and cross reference
            by connorcc2005
            Hi,

I'm getting some conflicting information and thought I'd toss it out to all of you for input.
What I have is a TTC-104 thermistor. This is part of a temp sense circuit that will drive a small 12v fan to cool components mounted to SMPS heat sink.
The physical diameter of the piece is 5.1mm measured with a caliper.
Other than what you see in the pic, there is no other writing on the part.

My research of the TTC-104 says it should read 100 ohms at 25C. Out of circuit measurements have it at approximately 100k. It does change as the temp changes....

            Voltage regulator cross-reference
            by raregtp
Hey all....hoping someone can help me with this. I have a couple voltage regulators I'm trying to cross but not having much luck.

            The first is:

            A1
            AS1117L-18
            B0640 25

            The second is:

            A1
            AS1117L-33
            B0640 28

I know the AS stands for Alpha Semiconductor, and I think I've found a datasheet for the AS1117L-33, just can't find anything for the -18. Ultimately I'm looking to cross these over to parts that I can get now, as all I'm finding similar are AZ1117 regulators.

            If anyone can assist...

            Cyberpower 1500AVR UPS repair
            by quickname
I'd like to start out by thanking this forum for providing the info to be able to repair my 15 year old CP1500AVRLCD UPS. Here is all the info I gathered during my trouble-shooting and re-capping.

Like clockwork, I've had to replace the SLA batteries every 4 years. It was about that time and the UPS was acting like it needed new batteries... randomly shutting off with AC present, not being able to charge fully, and poor runtime when AC was removed. So, I replaced the batteries but noticed that it was not charging properly.

I decided to verify that the batteries were...

I try to substitute the RT6575B with TPS51285A,
it seems to work but it is slightly warmer, the board does not start due to other problems so but not sure if replacement is possible...

Reference Nvidia GTX 980 ti - looking for a new shroud
            by speaktorob
So a while back, to deal with the fan noise of the old blower style shrouds on the reference cards, I chucked it and installed the monster that is a Raijintek MORPHEUS 8069, with a couple Noctuas on it. Did the job but quite unwieldy tbh.

Anyone know which boards would have a compatible shroud for it? I know the EVGA used the reference board but wondering if any other manufacturers did. I want to put something sensible back on it, but I'm having a hard time getting hold of even a faulty reference board for a reasonable price.
