    Couple IC and switch questions

Working on a router that has a popped AP1534. Was a AC DC mix up. These IC's seem hard to find in the states or pricy so looking around this one looks like it might work.

Mouser has the original but I hate their shipping cost. This site and that that IC is in a similar router of the era with more protection makes me think it will work. I notice discrepancies in specs though from this site and digikey or mouser. I have no clue what i'm doing though.

I also have a switch I need. This has been my most handy light for a couple years. It measures around 7mm H x 8mm W x 11-12mm L and pics for looks.
    Stopped clicking on me.

    Please help. Thanks.

The AP1534 and the AP1513 do appear to be similar, however, if the mfr used the AP1534 I would replace it with the same thing as it is available. There may be a reason why they chose the more expensive chip!
Mouser's economy shipping is a $1.60 or so more but I think worth it to get the correct replacement. I also find it usually faster than Digikey's first class option.

Ah sorry forgot to add mousers. https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail...ei9PVpPw%3D%3D

One is older linksys that survived that screw up and it has a 1513 with some gates. They newer cisco has the 1534. Both wrt54 series routers.

I'm not seeing any differences of than the temp specs are 20-85C for the 1513's and 25-85c for the 1534. This is ticking every box on the 1534 other than temp, branding and packaging like tape.

Also any help on that switch would be awesome. I'm not seeing anything similar.

Typical inductor values are not the same, 22uH VS 27uH.

Oh on the dcdcselector. That site also shows the input voltage minimum of the 1534 at 4.40v but both mouser and digikey show it as 3.6v so I'm not sure that site is 100% correct.

              Micro Momentary Push Switch?
              by Natob82
Great to be here! I'm a newbie here trying to find a "micro", momentary push switch to repair a Sony "clamshell" video walkman. This micro switch has long since discontinued by Sony, however I hope there are third-party switches of the same size and functionality that I might be able to source to play the same role. The purpose of this switch is to tell the video walkman that the user has activated the mechanical tape eject button, turning that physical action into an electronic signal that tells the tape transport mechanism to open so one can load or eject a video tape. I...

Poly VVX-250 VOIP POE problem not booting fix
              by CapLeaker
I've got a bunch of Poly VVX-250 VOIP phones that work fine as kind as long as they are plugged into the wall wart. Recently I got around to install a couple of TP-Link 5 port POE switches that are added to the existing plain Jane 24 port unmanaged switch. Great!!! Finally I am able to ditch the wall warts from these phones making more space on the desk, plus I am gaining some badly needed power outlets. So I thought.

Plugged in the first VVX-250 into the POE switch, booted up no problem. Plugged in the other Poly phones and they start to boot anywhere from 5 to 15 seconds,...

Help making a switch work the opposite way with a relay
              by SluggerB
I have a very small float switch, I'm using in a very small tank. It only fits in one way. Link https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Switch.../dp/B07DZ1J2GB

I want the switch to be open when the water is high, and closed when the water is low. Unfortunately it works the opposite. And since this switch is designed to be underwater, it's all sealed up, there is no taking it apart or hacking it up.

It will be driving a water pump, basic idea, when the water is low, switch closes, which turns on water pump, when enough water is in the tank, float switch floats,...

              A Couple Quick Battery Questions...
              by SolomonMan
              All,
I have 4 laptops all the same HP Elitebook model. These are now close to 8-10 years old now but they all were high end software development machines (ie 16GB ram (32 max) and all now have been upgraded to 1TB SSD). They are used throughout my house (family).

I recently bought a Software Defined Radio setup (SDR) and I will use it with one of the laptops but the batteries appear to be all dead.

The replacements seem reasonable at the sub $30 range (some as low as $20 shipped).

So I am thinking of replacing them all.

              So the question...
