          I show that as a AO3401A P-ch MOSFET.

              Identifying a 'FS45' SOT23 device
              by Nevillet
              Hi All,

I'm trying to repair a PCB that has some surface mount SOT23 devices that apear to be transistors but testing them on the board are giving confusing results.

Its named FS45 but I can't find a datasheet that seems correct.

The device is used in 10 places on the PCB. In 4 cases they appear to be controling triacs and the attached picture it shows it connected to a BT136 triac with the FS45 connected to the gate leg of the BT136.

Can anyone identify the device and suggest an alternative?

              Many thanks.

              PS: I have...

              Need help about "G2920T11U" / "G2990" / "2990(x) SMD SOT23-5 replacement
              by mecmast
              Hi,

I've searched the internet but couldn't flnd a replacement/substitute for this part.

It is marking as "2920N" SOT23-5 case.

I am looking for the "G2920T11U" 3.3v version.

              Also uploading the datasheet.

              Thank you all....

identifying sot23 on backlight cirucuit of 17" razer rz09-0423
              by kjchatman
this laptop was damaged by a roof leak at the repair shop that it was at while waiting for a replacement cpu fan. It was given to me to try to save the motherboard which wouldn't power up anymore. The only issue now is that an sot23 marked R1 is missing one of it's three legs. I cannot find schematics for this model but I found a mosfet that has the same label but i'm not sure if it's an actual match. CJ3401 is the one that I found but I have no clue about the true identity of the damaged one.

              SOT23-5 LiFePO4 protection IC? 13D1S?
              by eccerr0r
              I have a SOT23-5 marked

              "13D1 S"

I wonder if anyone recognizes this IC? It should be a LiFePO4 protection IC, but having problems finding the datasheet, anyone recognize this?

G00gl3 returns a 6-pin LDO which is not quite right...

              SMD code ADSH & F1FD sot23-5 identify?
              by dicky96
              Hi guys
These devices are in some MAG250 IPTV boxes near the power input

I have several faulty ones but they are not all identical

On several I have an SOT23-5 device marked ADSH. Working anti-clockwise from the dot, Pin 2 is ground and pin 6 is 3.3V supply input. Pin 5 is missing of course

On one other I have an SOT23-5 device marked F1HD in the same location but the PCB track layout is different (there are also some extra resistors/capacitors in this area). This one has Pin 1 & 2 ground (I can see they are connected to the same track on the PCB)...
