    Part id help

    Hi i have a part im trying to find a replacement for these are the details from it
    NSD318
    B31000G
    ON AKA

    can anyone help id it a link either ebay or cpc i will try to sort me camera out and upload a picture of the part im not even sure what its off as a neighbour brought it around and asked if i have one as its short circuit (two wire touched by mistake) cheers

      Could it be BD318 can you describe it ?
      BD318 is one of those big metal round transistors with a oval sort of baseplate with 2 fixing holes
      Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

          too be honest at that price i dont think i could by a transistor (same as you can see on the heatsink) same size same package etc

              Your right - sort of thing you might buy at that price to scavenge parts off
              Anyway if you can get a good picture of it we can look again

                  It looks like one of those 555 based for PWM and MOSFET, that is very low price.

                      Hi There!
                      I'm trying to help my friend who owns a restaurant be just bought.
                      He has a very long LED strip running along all the walls and columns. The strip is attached facing down 2in above the floor, using a wall panel that ends in a metal rail that finishes the panel underneath
                      It's stuck using, I guess, the 2 sided tape that comes with the strip
                      The issue is that like 1/2 of the full length, including 1/2 one wall, another entire wall, and one column, flickers after 4 or 5 minutes ON. Particularly it flashes staying OFF most of the time and flashing ON for 1 tenth...

                      iPad Pro A1876 SHORT Part Identify Help Needed

                      So My iPad was not charging and booting up . i went to a local technician and he checked with thermal and this Part marked in 1st Photo is Short.
                      So then i went on to boardview and downloaded the schematics and identified this part in 2nd Photo. Now i am confused what exactly is the part called ? where should i get this from ?


                      i contacted my technician and he sent me his BoardVIew screenshot in 3rd Photo. In his Boardview the part is called X2826.... Something

                      SO My main concern is what part should i order what should i search the name for ?
                      on Ipad...

                      Panasonic part number in service manuals

                      In the Panasonic service manuals, both in the board schematics and in the part listing, the part numbers that are given are Panasonic part numbers instead of the actual part numbers.

                      This is especially annoying for small SMD components like diodes and transistors when you only have 1-3 digits printed on the component body.

                      For an example, look at the attached PDF.

                      Do you have a way to cross reference the Panasonic part number with the actual part number?

                      Hello guys. I'm a complete noob in electronics. I'd like to repair my child Lunii's (a "story box"), basically an audio player that allows the childs to choose between several options the places, characters, objects of the story, and then play a story according to the choice of the child. There is a screen that display the selected option before each choice. The Lunii fell and the screen is now broken.
                      I'd like to repair it (probably just have to change the part, because the lunii still works perfectly fine) but I can't manage to identify the part/order it online. Do you have any...

                      Smd code to part number

                      Hi i have a smd part with probably mark "QO 11" or "Q0(zero) 11" on it, and its package is SOT89, i doubt its KTB1260 PNP transistor, but in measuring with diode mode of multimeter it shows number 1.4 between emitter and collector pins and its not open circuit, and .59 from collector to base and .8 from emitter to base , and these numbers doesn't match a pnp transistor, i couldn't find any part number and datasheet for it, does anybody have information for that part number?
