Unidentified Diode

Hi everybody,
can anybody please help me identify this diode?
It is somehow attached to the HDMI port of an Asrock VisionX 471D (ASR1501, HM87-MXM).

Identified as PMBS3904 NPN transistor

I am 80% sure that is not a diode. That is a transistor. Unfortunately that is all the help I can provide.

or it could be an 11v zener
