It is for a Svod4 I ordered it over 2 month ago. They kept saying it will be posted at end of the week this went on till I asked for a refund .It did turn up and after i plugged it in and did not work. When I contacted them they did some tests and told me to open it up.When I did it had a melted ic the one in picture. I replaced it and still not working. Contacted then and now they just ignoring my messages. Asked for a replacement and they told me it's my fault. All I did was plug in the usb port and install the drivers. I have other programmers so I know how they work. Now left out of pocket so got to try to fix it. They are just ripping people off I would avoid if I knew that before. Read access will most likely be 100% blocked for the MCU; there will be protection against reading the firmware (security against cloning...).Originally posted by bigboots View PostComment

Yeah mainly do electronics on cars ie MCU reading from vw clocks ecu's etc. As I am auto electrician have access to lots of programmers. We have to crack the mcu so we can gain access to the clocks. Sure it's no different.Comment
