    O48A and O37I components..........could you please help me to identify them?

    They are from a DCC railroad decoder.

    I am "almost certain" that O48A might be a N-Channel mosfet, and O37I a P-Channel mosfet...........however, not able to find them with these references.

    Thanks in advance for any hint.

        Are these 03xx and 04xx replaceable by AO3400 & AO3409? These are cheaper and I have them in stock. :-)

        I would say yes but happy to have a second opinion.

          AISI, the Vgs cutoff is different, so you will need to determine if that makes a difference in your application.
