Sony Fusivel resistor ?

Hi guys;Has anybody seen this type fusivel resistor? i ordered from Mouser
0.1ohms 1/2 w fusivel resistor and they sent me this! see in the attachement.

It was supposed to be this see link,the 2 white fusivel resistor next to the big cap

FUSIBLE Resistor?
Do you have that Mouser P/N?
The one in the picture looks bigger than 1/2W.

I think they sent some thing else cause the one i orderd is this

Uh, the datasheet does say "Special Leadform Units Available"
right next to a diagram of what the thing you have looks like (just bent outwards a bit)

Ah, good catch Ben, more of the current sensing resistor, not fusible resistor since it is made from Nichrome.

So you guys say i can use these in place of the original sony ones?,

i thing the original Sony fusivel resistors that are there are not bad yet,
i checked them and they measure .3ohm in circuit! with my fluke 87 series.
since i tough both probes toghether i got .2ohms .

Yes they are good. Why did you buy a resistor then?

Could you get some more pics of the PSU? What is the issue with the PSU?

Oh, it is 'fusible' not 'fusivel'!
