    Identify a component - Futaba S9550 servo

Hi, I've go a futaba S9550 servo with a burned component.

There is a similar one next to it with the marking "AI855 603" or "A1855 603" But the burned one is clearly "856"
Can someone tell me where I can get a replacement part?

        Thanks for the response.

I've been trying to locate a spare but I'm unsure what I should look for in the datasheet to find a replacement.

I know the pinout has to be the same but how about the voltages, can it be higher?

Digi-Key has the IRF7750 which seems to me like it would substitute. Of course you need to verify this for yourself, but it would be what I would try.

Thank you so much for your help.
Got the chip today and soldered it on, first time soldering a chip this small so it was a bit of a challenge.

Connected it to the rc car and it seems to work flawlessly but I wont be sure until I put it on the track.

I am glad it worked for you, thanks for responding back with the results of the substitution.
