Good hobby Multimeter with ESR?

I need a good multimeter that will also let me check the ESR on the many, many caps I salvage. I do this at home, so any suggestions?

I'd like one or two myself. Unfortunately, I don't know of any. Take a look at this thread. Pay particular attention to the Bob Parker Blue ESR meter and the one from RusMike on the last two pages of the thread.
