How can I remove flux with the smallest rubbing?

I have tried to bridging tiny broken trace which is shown in the below link, and I found that it is impossible to remove any flux after soldering task.
Is it possible bridging tiny broken trace - Badcaps - Capacitor Search Engine
Because the 0.02 mm copper wire is very very fragile,So It broke itself very easily whenever I tried to rub excess flux with cotton bud.
Is there any way to remove flux with the smallest rubbing or without any rubbing?
    Any reply would be appreciated.

drip IPA onto it and leave it to disolve the flux for a while

I prefer to use a brush over cotton buds.I place a clean room wipe over the top after adding IPA and give it a gentle brush.

You can use nitro thinner (not acetone) without any problems. you can use a very soft toothbrush or a brush with natural bristles. Personally I use an airbrush for this type of cleaning even if I use a no clean flux (the best for this situation is an Ersa Cream flux but is very expansive). Do not use low quality fluxes that use natural resins as they are difficult to clean. However, consider that if you use very fine electrical wires you must first complete the job, clean the area without using brushes or similar just by putting the cleaning liquid and then blowing it away or drying it with absorbent paper, when everything is very clean then test the work and if everything is working, use a UV resin to protect the electrical wires. You can also use products that protect nearby components and are mechanically removable, depending on the work you need to do.

Guide to transplant MEC1503 EC chip and EEPROM reprogamming for T14s gen 2 and X13 gen 2
            by acedogblast
This is a guide that I am writing for helping others to replace their MEC1503 EC chip if it breaks (or to get around an inconvenient prompt to the BIOS). This forum has been extremely helpful to me so I would like to contribute to help others. I will tell you right now that this task is very difficult to do. You MUST have experience and tools to do precision micro-soldering, BGA reballing, trace repair, and general laptop repair skills.

There are some specialty tools needed to do this task. The replacement MEC1503 chips can be acquired from Aliexpress. Do not buy the bare chips as...

            by chth96
I want to purchase any good flux remover But "chemistronic flux off es835b" is the most common flux remover in my nation..
Is it good to use chemistronic flux off es835b for flux remover?
Or I have to purchase "3m novec flux remover" which is quite expensive in my nation?

            Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

Hantek 365 Remove screen on startup
            by Maxpower3
every time I open the tool, I have the screen that appears
and I am always in a hurry to use it so I click and it automatically sends me a link to the manufacturer.

            It annoys me lol.

            2 solutions to remove it.

Either you remove pic.bmp and it no longer appears so no more links when clicking.

or else you can modify the exe to remove the .bmp

            hope this helps users...
