![]() I got UE65JS9500 with cracked screen and I wonder whether it would be possible to use LCD panel from UE65JS9000.
I know that one connect box works for both models, TCON and control board from the TV looks the same so I'm pretty sure it will work. I would be very grateful if anyone with more experience would give more information about it. Many thanks Marek |

![]() I’m almost positive it will work as long as the versions of each TV is the same. I’m in the US and I believe the only difference in models is one is curved and the other is flat.
Just try swapping main boards instead of the panels t test. |

I know that backlight, power supply and inverter are different. It's a bit of gamble as I don't have Ue65JS9000 yet. I'm thinking to buy it. |

![]() I looked up both models. They are similar but the frame interpolation is slightly different. 1 is 2000 PQI (picture quality index) and the other is 2400PQI. It sure that matters. It it’s the only difference I saw
Other than that everything is the same except 1 is edge lit and the other full array |
