Insignia NS-LTDVD32-09 picture problem

Go this one in on Saturday.
Trying to find access to factory setup menu to see if it can be reset, I.E.

Cables reseated, did not have a chance to check all the voltages on the T-CON yet.

Where is the T-con on this? Side mounted?!

Most Insignia LCDs 1.Power on the set.
2.Adjust the volume to zero
3.With the remote - Input 9876 - then OK within 5 seconds.
4.If successful, you should come to FACTORY SET MENU

@tom,The T-CON is under the main metal chassis, have to remove the chassis that all other boards are mounted on to get to it, not going to be easy to have all connected while trying to test the voltage on the T-CON. I will try restting first.

Follow-up on repair: it is fixed, replaced bad Gamma Voltage ref IC AS15.
