C3420 transistor: possible replacements

I found this datasheet, and even if my transistor doesn't have the "2S" written on it, I guess this is the correct datasheet, right? This is also relevant info.

I was testing an old M919 v3.2 motherboard and doing something I shouldn't have done I damaged the C3420 transistor. Apparently (I'm a noob in electronics) it controls the voltage that is supplied to the CPU. In this case, the damaged C3420 will work with 5v CPUs but not with 3.3v CPUs.

I had an exact same board laying around and replaced the bad transistor with an identical one and bingo, I was right, that was the problem! 3.3v CPUs work again with this one.

Now the question is, what are possible, readily available replacements for this transistor?

I also have a third M919 a-ok that doesn't have the C3420 transistor, but instead it has a couple of D882-0 transistors (if that info helps).

I think you have an very old PCChips motherboard, but you must upload some hi resolutions photos.

Don't know what sources you have available.
You could try a MJE200, not a perfect match but might work.
D882 is a bit weak but may work too...
