Dell Latitude 5530: damaged USB (type A) ports, cannot find replacements

Hello,
Yesterday a customer brought us a Latitude 5530 with 2 damaged USB ports (type A).
The ports are made by Singatron and, checking the measurements and soldering points, the model should be this one: https://www.singatron.com.tw/en/product/file/280177-1
I checked at RS, TME, Farnell but I didn't find this model
Where can I find them? Something compatible is also fine...

The cursed Singatron connector (seahorse stamped logo). Had a miserable experience with them earlier this year in repairing a very expensive $4000+ industrial laptop by Getac for a local car dealership. The usb connectors were worn out but the laptop was security keyed to licences used for servicing.

Contacted Singatron USA and they replied with that “they build over 6000 connectors and yes Getac is a customer, pick a connector but they cannot confirm which one Getac purchases”.

After some measurements, found a close one and they quoted a fairly high cost which I recall being around $200 usd with their moq fees for about 10pcs and shipping. Not practical since the connector is similar to others.

Invested another 2 days on the search and came across Molex brand of mid mount style usb connectors being very close. With a few trims with sharp shears to remove the fang board locks to match the pcb holes yet can be soldered for strength the connectors fit the Getac pcb.

Repaired each usb 3.1 usb A and each port worked once again. If the insulator is burgundy in color, it is 3.1 type. If black it is 2.0 type.

If available, post a few pics of your connector so we can advise on your case but check Molex for affordable options without Moqs.

I can dig for the Molex part we used for the Singatron replacement if required.

Assembly will definitely require some modification...
I checked with Molex but haven't found anything similar yet

The first one looks like good but I've never placed an order on Taobao
The 2nd one has reversed contacts so won't apply.
The 3rd one looks good but the side arms are higher, I should do some modifications to solder them
Meanwhile I've sent an email to Singatron (jennifer2) and I'm waiting for a reply...
