I figured that if I had to pay more money for a better heatsink I might have well just sprung more money for the better CPU to begin with. I just took my gamble and got as much as I could out of the CPU, and well, even the good CPU is junk to me now, no different than the failed CPU. The fried CPU was well past its usefulness - the time I had to run single cpu was short, and the 1.2GHz Celeron was faster than the two Celerons at 464MHz.
Now even the 1.2GHz Celeron is sidelined.
