Could it be as bad as the 'mistake' that was upgrading 7 to 10 after its been disabled? What a shoddy company these days...

you'd think they test this stuff atleast once or twice before they release it.
They prematurely ejaculate faster than a 12yr old boy fooling around with his babysitter

by choucroutmanHello, my LG OLED55C8PLA TV stopped working, and here's what happened:
Around noon, it stopped turning on, meaning the screen stayed off, I heard a ticking sound when I tried to power it on, and the red LED light blinked 3 times. Afterward, nothing would happen for about 1 minute, and then the same cycle would repeat. A few days later, there was no more red LED blinking, and whether I tried turning it on with the remote or the power button on the back, it wouldn’t respond. I’ve tried some "quick fixes" I found online, like unplugging the TV and pressing the power button for... -
by MMH3Hello,
i have many 5050sff. all of them, and how i experienced over many years for all about 250 DELLs goin through my hands, are fully flashable and can be serviced in any way when the service_mode jumper is set.
Never ever i experienced problems with that.
Now i have one 5050sff machine, where this jumper isnt working at all.
I do not get the normal messge that the jumper is set when booting and a short test with FPT just confirms this. Everything is locked -->> EVEN for reading !?
The history of the machine is that i used it in my office... -
by malakas1Hello there,
i do have a Lenovo X1 Yoga Tablet 2nd Gen - 20JE
Chip:MX25L12873F
I tried to remove SV Pass with patched file.
After that, i couldn´t boot anymore...
fan not spinning, just "3" times the green flashing light when i connect power.
Sometimes it is a very quiet clicking noise to hear when i connect power.
All batteries disconnected. M2 disconnected.
I do not have any cmos battery anymore. :-(
Hope this is not necessary to get it running again.
I tried several times reflash patched...-

by moshuHi all,
Two years back I've bout a HP Spectre 13-af004na with issues related to SSD. No mater what M2 SSD I will try (SATA or NVM type) will not be recognized by BIOS and will not boot. If the same SSD will be plugged to USBC port, laptop will boot into windows and could be used. Searching on internet, someone was suggesting to replace the ribbon cable between SSD PCB and MB, which I did, and worked nicely for 2 years (with SSD connected internaly).
Few months back, started to see blue screens several times, but after restart thinks would be back to normal.
Now SSD cannot... - Loading...
