Lenovo X1 2nd Gen Yoga Tablet won´t boot anymore - flashing power button

Hello there,

i do have a Lenovo X1 Yoga Tablet 2nd Gen - 20JE
Chip:MX25L12873F

I tried to remove SV Pass with patched file.

After that, i couldn´t boot anymore...
fan not spinning, just "3" times the green flashing light when i connect power.
Sometimes it is a very quiet clicking noise to hear when i connect power.
All batteries disconnected. M2 disconnected.
I do not have any cmos battery anymore. :-(
Hope this is not necessary to get it running again.
I tried several times reflash patched and original bios with ch341a programmer and clip, either with AS Programmer or Neo Programmer.
Nothing helped.

How do i check if i have any HW issues?
Or did i even burned the Bios chip?

I do have 2 dumps of original bios each done with
Neo Programmer
AS Programmer
Ch341a Programmer

Hi sir , i have the same problem .

After flash patched files the machines doesn't boot or turn on,the tablet is died.

I try to replace the original files and nothing.

How do you resolve your problem???

Please double check that you have accidentally moved the position of components around the bios chip during work?

hello , i tested the dump and it works perfectly but bios has password.
if u have the password could u give it please.

eppom flashed with mini pro without change any settings.

I am having exactly the same problem.
Lenovo X1 Yoga 2nd Gen - 20JE

I read the BIOS using a Raspberry PI and flashrom. Apparently my first backup was corrupt, since the flashrom version I had, didn't support the chip model MX25L12873F.

Now I cannot boot the notebook, neither with the patched BIOS nor with the original backup. According to the feedback I get in this forum, my original dump has completely missing ME region.

When I connect the power supply, the power button blinks three times, and that's all. When I press the power button, nothing happens, no lights, no sound.

I updated the flashrom software to the latest version, which added the support for MX25L12873F.

Then I downloaded the dump you attached, but the problem persists.

Is there any chance that I can rescue this notebook?
