      3.3V line is not needed.

You could have made more than $4 mowing a yard or something in the same time you spent doing that butcher job.

I see the point of it.
Where did you get those DIY connectors?

                Not quite.

They have [someone has] aspirations of getting rid of the 5v to 3.3v converters on hard drive PCBs.
                [And eventually eliminate 5v entirely.]

Hard drive manufacturers are ignoring that thus far because too many people [and power supplies] have SATA power connectors without 3.3v.
They [HDD Mfrs] don't want scads of returns just because their drives won't work without 5v.

hey...if you had fun and it didn't kill anybody.....rock on!!!

i know I've thought about "rearranging" the power connectors on mine....too damned close together. I've had to use two lines and plug in every other HD.

I've been wanting to do a bit of cable management similar to this to my power supply. There is just too much cable for it to look nice and the airflow in my case can't be great from all the additional wiring just hanging in the way.

                            by SluggerB
I have two TCL A30 phones.

Old Phone: This phone worked fine for years, then stopped charging If you plugged a charger into it, the phone would make the charging sound, the phone would tell you it is charging, but the battery icon would not have the charging symbol in it and the battery would not charge.I tried new battery, same behavior.

New Phone: Works fine, bought as a donor board to try and repair Old Phone

My interest here is to repair Old Phone, using components parts off New Phone if needed. I am not interested in replacing Old Phone with New Phone....

The off/on/auto switch was busted so i forced it into auto mode and now the blue light comes on but i don’t get any audio output. Does anyone one have any experience repairing this amplifier? I looked it over, checked some the of output transistors, some of the power resistors and cleaned that nasty conductive epoxy glue stuff off but not having much luck in the trouble shooting department.

I did however find a part of the PCB that was discolored from heat...
