Identifying 2 components

Could anybody please tell me what these components are so that I can buy replacements? The square component says r36 042 503 and the cap says OL2 390 2.5v. Many thanks in advance.

The capacitor is 390uf 2.5v.
The other component is an inductor. It will have very low resistance on a multimeter.
0.36uH.
