Bought some capacitors but not sure if they are worth using

I have a couple power supplies and TV's I'd like to get working again.
So I went ahead and bought some capacitors from ebay, from the same ebay store as well.
I didn't realize you guys have a store until I read some other threads.

I used a capacitor reading to get the values and it seems out of the 40 caps, only 13 of them meet their specified values
I'd like your opinion on whether these are acceptable or do I have cause to open a case with ebay to return these caps.

the 560uf FR's are fake - the vent shoult NOT look like a cross.
    the print's wrong anyway.

As stj mentioned, the Panasonic FR are fake. They should have a "T" like vent.

The Nichicon's and ELNS's are rated at 85C. In a TV and power supply, you want 105C so they last longer.

In your last picture, the ELNA cap has an extra lead sticking out?

Overall, looking at your purchases, they look like fake/counterfeit and poor overall.

Buy your caps from a reputable distributor like digikey or mouser. Avoid Ebay and aliepxress.

Additionally, when buying low ESR caps like a Panasonic FR, it is the ESR value that is more important than the capacitance value. Capacitance value can be +/- 20% of its stated value.

        Thanks very much guys.
I will open a dispute with ebay.

The ELNA cap is a audio capacitor, I shouldn't have bought that one so i'm assuming that is the reason for the extra lead.

I only realized you guys had a store today so I'll like buy from your store instead.

I'll throw my 2-cents worth into the discussion. In my opinion, buying electronic parts off eBay is kind of risky business. You have no idea where they were made and if knock offs or their age. My best suggestion is to take a look at MouserElectronics and into the search box type: electrolytic capacitors, leaded. You might pay a few cents more per unit but I've never gotten junk from Mouser. You can also buy in higher quantities than single units to get a price break.

            the elnas look real.
            the rest are fakes.
its no surprise since you bought them on fakebay.
