I have a Magnavox flat screen TV, Model# 37MF337B/37 that needs repair, and has some blown caps. Four are on the power supply, and three are on the mainboard. They are all CapXon caps, and I would like to replace them with much better quality ones. Three of them are CapXon GF 105 degree PF710 VENT 1000uf 35v, three are CapXon LZ 105 degree P711 VENT 1000uf 25v, and one is CapXon GF 105 degree P706 2200uf 25v. Links to Digi-Key, and or any other help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Looking for help to determine what capacitors to get
panasonic FR
for the LZ replacement, use the 25mm tall version.
so:
CapXon GF 1000uf 35v 13x25 2780ma 0.019ohms > FR 1000uf 35v 12.5x20 2600ma 0.018ohms
CapXon GF 2200uf 25v 13x35 3420ma 0.018ohms > FR 2200uf 25v 12.5x30 3630ma 0.013ohms
CapXon LZ 1000uf 25v 10x20 2180ma 0.016ohms > FR 1000uf 25v 10x25 2470ma 0.018ohmsComment

Re: Looking for help to determine what capacitors to get
Thank you so much for the information. You have been a very big help. Hopefully these are the only things wrong with the TV, and I will have myself a nice 37 inch flat screen for only around $15.00 and a little bit of my time. Thanks again for the help.Comment

by dumblejdMy friend has a evga rtx 2080 super, and with liquid cool backplate. I installed for him. 4 month ago it runs good, and recently idk if he played with msi afterburner or not, the gpu slow it's core frequency when it's over 60 degree. I reset setting in msi afterburner, still the same.
here is a video of it running stress test, the usage is always 100% for sure, but core frenquency drop to 300mhz (should be over 1600mhz normally), when it hit 60 degree.

by AJ847.63eHi All,
We've got a 8th gen 13" Spectre X360 which seems to have faulty onboard memory. Windows was bluescreening with Memory_management errors. Running HPs built in memory test brings up memory errors, but it does not tell you which chip. Is there a MODS like program so you can determine this? Memory is on board unfortunately and don't really want to go order 8 chips and replace all 8 if I don't have to.
Lastly do you have to use the exact same chips, or can you use chips with the same specs but from other manufactures?
Thanks for your assistance.... -
by corrizeHello, I noticed that was become almost impossible to desolder component with my hot air station. I measured with meter : air at output is at 220 degree celsius max, even set at 500 degree. So something is bad. Maybe temperature probe inside ?
Not yet disassembled, have you see some « well know » ou frequently issues to this sort of tools pls ? -

by momakaFor today's thread, I have a KingWin ABT-650MM ATX PSU. Official web page with the PSU specs is still up and can be found here:
http://www.rmac.kingwin.com/products.../abt_650MM.asp
I just can't help it when I see a broken / for parts PSU on eBay that's listed for cheap and looks at least somewhat interesting. Well, OK, I won't lie – on the outside, this PSU looks anything but interesting. It's a plain gray box with colorful “spaghetti cables”.
What mostly drew me into buying it is its 2x PCI-E power connectors... - Loading...
