    I'm not sure I follow. Do you mean the fuse holder? If so that is mounted in the cover plate. Here is a picture for reference:

    So I can't move the fuse holder (if that's what you mean). That's why I figured I'd just solder the caps on the back of the PCB rather than through hole. The solder pad on the backside connects with the solder pad of something else (maybe wires) on the backside so the pads are fairly large.

        Yeah, I didn't think about it until you asked that question. The only photo I included leaves a lot to the imagination. My 1st thought was "What the hell... of course I can't move that" Then I realized... Oh... he has no idea were this is located, or how it's mounted. lol
