    This is not a fake Chemicon, it is genuine
    Many companies are outsourcing to Chinese factories.

    Whoa does this mean we need to add chemicon to the ban list? Or is the place you got them from just reusing packaging?

      Outsourcing is common because heavy tariffs are imposed when importing parts that can be produced in China into China. Or, if a factory is built in China, 51% must be owned by a Chinese company or government

      Aris says TK, Panasonic, Teapo, and Rubycon are made in ChengX. They are for ATX PSUs with factories in China

        ELNA and Hitachi (now AIC tech) are also produced by jianghai

          The last Rubycon caps I bought were made in Japan, but I did have the feeling that a lot of these cap brands were outsourcing (or at least using the same suppliers for materials).
