Which Substitute for 1650uF in 16v?

1500uF in 16v is a better physical fit and easy to find.
1800uF in 16v is more capacitance, but harder to find.

Which is appropriate for substituting in PSU applications for Fuhjyyu TNR replacement?

Either will work. I would go to 1800uF versus 1500uF. The 1800uF's are a little taller than the 1500uF, both 10mm in diameter, both in Rubycon MBZ's.

I use 1500uF/16v/10mm Chemicon LXZ in PSUs as replacement for the 1650uF/16v/10mm Fuhjyyu or similar commonly found on Channel-Well OEM and similar PSUs.
