    Bad cap no markings

I am working on a 20" Westinghouse LCD TV. The power supply board is what I am attempting to repair. So far I found 2 X2 film caps blown and changed them. Before I changed them I would turn on power and it would go off immediately after and that is why I started with this board. The Tv turns on with red light then blinks to green back to red but it stays on now. It appears that I have no power going to the LCD screen itself because I have no backlighting and no picture. I have searched for a schematic for this board but could not find one.

I have no clue as to the replacement cap shown in the photo. It is a PCB4612AC P/N 3BS00908 The board is marked C6 and C7 where these 2 caps I removed and tested to be bad. I found a crack in one of these so I removed them both and both tested bad. The cracked one fell apart getting it out. There are no markings just the color blue. Any help figuring out what part I need is highly appreciated! WAIT before I posted this I looked again at the cap that did not fall apart and found a marking F .27J PMD 250V So now we know more already and I have not hit reply yet. Where can I purchase this cap is now the 64 dollar question. Tried digikey and mouser so far no luck with google yet. Suitable sub maybe? Thanks for any help!

      Welcome, greenhorn!

They appear to be polyester 0.27uF 250V units on the secondary side, but not X2 class.
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

Thank you for the reply japlytic......... Went to website of Nippon and searched for spec caps but no results. I am just not sure what I can use as suitable sub for this particular cap. A appreciate your input regardless. The 2 yellow boxed film caps are the 2 X2 class I changed already as they were swollen and blown when tested off board.
