when I go to mouser.com and I go to passive components >> capacitors >> low esr there are only 2 makes: cornell and xicon. Now when I go to Low Impedance, there are nichicon and united chemi-con (both good makes). Which do I use on a motherboard?? Everywhere I read here it says low esr. I live in the US if that helps. Thanks for any help you can give.

the ones on the right are lowest esr
you want lowest esr you can find and highest ripple. read the spec sheets and figure it out. -
