Looking for MarCon 'CE-BS Series' Capacitor's Datasheet

Hello mates, I have some MarCon capacitors which I am planning to use, but I am trying to get hold of the datasheet before I can progress any further.

They were made by Toshiba Marconi division I believed before year 2000 era. After which, they were bought over by Nippon Chemi-con.

Mine are 35v 330uf 105 degrees. They have low esr and are well-made, with a V-vent and brown PCB bottom.

Planning to use them in power supply but I am not sure of the frequency response.

If anyone have links to old pdf spec-sheets, kindly inform me.

    Thanks!

    Regards,

No, actually they were made by MARCON ELECTRONICS CO., LTD
Marcon -was- acquired by Chemicon in 1995 though.

Now, if you'll think back to the condition of the internet when Win95 was brand new OS you'll realize you'd be more likely to find the data in a .txt file than a .pdf.

At any rate, you have very old caps and it will be shear luck to find the data.

heya pcbonez, good to hear from you.

I saw some schematics with these in the power supply/switching-transistors section, but I still need to be sure if there is a datasheet.

I am hoping these are not audio caps, bipolars or high-frequency caps :p

I've tried mailing chemi-con but there's just no reply.

If they have a stripe down the side that marks negative so they won't be bipolar.
If no stripe they probably are.

Audio caps work fine in PSU's as long as the ESR/Ripple are up to the task.
        Often are.
