Hey guys, I have a question. I need to replace the caps on my og Xbox motherboard, but I can't buy quality capacitors in my country with this specification (everything is either out of stock, with a minimum order of 1000 or just plain too big to fit in the Xbox). Can I replace the 5 3300uF caps with 5 Panasonic 2700uF caps? Thanks

Re: 2700uF instead of 3300uF
It usually depends on the ripple and esr of the original caps. If this is for power filtering going down in capacitance is usually not a big deal in most casesCap Datasheet Depot: http://www.paullinebarger.net/DS/

In terms of capacitance, 2700 uF is within 20% of 3300 uF... so OK to do.

Re: 2700uF instead of 3300uF
If we are talking low-ESR (not ultra-low ESR like those on later PC motherboards), I do have both Chemi-Cons KYA and KYB 3300/6.3 on stock, they differ in life endurance, ESR/ripple current and size (KYA 5 mm shorter). Also do have SOME ultra-low ESR caps, or you may try polymodding it arround the CPU.
