    Apple Macbook pro A1286, wery slow

    Hello.
    Have this Apple Macbook Pro A1286 that have bad balls under GPU. After reball image come ok but whole system is WERY slow. it is slow even with another system. any help in this?

    flash the bios, maybe bad dump
    post the whole motherboard code; maybe i have a dump file

      i have the same problem ,

      after reflow , the sistem is very slow , and fan is at full speed

      any help ?

          Sounds like a thermal sensor short.

              There is a disk floating about ATT I think its called. Boot to that and it checks all the sensors.

                    thats seems bad gpu KTM , specially macs are week in that behaviour , usually once gpu start to fail all internally start to fade out as well , the best option you got here is to replace the gpu KTM , also make sure you insert same chip , if its 128 bit USE 128bits , or you might have future issues

                        yes , indeed gpu chip can slow down your system once they are in life end . macs are expert on thaat issue , gpu replacement solve in the moment this issue !

                                    fan is controlled by smc. have u done a pram reset after reflow or gpu reballing ?

                                    when a pc is slowind down generally it's intel chipset. (had an hp notebook that was slowing down and after a day it went dead. after reballing these small intel bga it went back ok to normal.

                                        command +control + p +r and press ON button , but still leave pressed command control p + r until it restart again , once it restart stop pressing the keys
